Christina grew up in North Carolina and still calls Raleigh home. While in school at Georgetown, she helps run one of the campus stores while playing on the club tennis and lacrosse teams. She’s worked two summers as a mountaineering staff at Camp Green Cove in her home state, taking girls ages 7–14 on multiday backpacking trips; as a teenager, she attended an outdoor adventure trip similar to Adventure Treks.

Wilderness first responder
I grew up playing every sport that my brothers did—tennis, lacrosse, basketball, and baseball. Now, I have mostly turned in my cleats and rackets to be a fan of all-things women’s sports. I also love being hiking, swimming, and just being outside whenever I can.
My greatest outdoor achievement was hiking the Art Loeb Trail in 2022. It was a rainy, painful, and beautiful two and a half days.
My favorite outdoor memory is hiking in Grayson Highlands State Park as hail the size of Nerds fell on us. We didn’t see a single view because of the dense fog, but now I can say I was in a hail storm!
My favorite place in the world is Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh, Scotland. When I lived there for four months, I used to escape the busy city streets by hiking up Arthur’s Seat and enjoying the gray haze.
I am most looking forward to meeting the Adventure Treks team and getting to spend the summer exploring a new area.
