Hailing from Minnesota, Johann currently calls Bozeman, MT, home. There, he works as a children’s and adult ski instructor. Last summer, he worked as a canoe and backpack counselor at Camp Widjiwagan near the Boundary Waters in his home state; there, he taught paddling, navigation, camp, and other outdoor skills to teenagers. He’s also volunteered for the Minnesota Youth Ski League and Northfield Community Action Center.
